FlexibleLEDs started in a garage with a roll of SMD 5050 and a heat gun. Today we run 4 SMT lines, a silicone extrusion lab and a photometric tunnel. We ship 2M meters of flex a year — from mirror backlight to 80-meter hotel facades.

How tight can I bend it?
Top-bend: 30mm radius, side-bend: 60mm, round 360°: 60mm diameter. Never fold 90° sharp or twist more than 180°/m.
Can I cut and reconnect?
Yes, cut on scissor marks every 25-50mm. Use solder-free clips IP20 or solder + heat-shrink for IP68.
What driver do I need?
24V DC, +20% headroom. Example: 5m × 12W = 60W → use 80-100W. For dimming choose PWM or DALI-2 flicker-free.
Is it outdoor safe?
IP68 silicone versions: yes, submersible 1m, UV stable. IP20 for dry interiors only.
How long does it last?
L80 50 000h at 25°C with proper heatsink/profile. 5-year warranty on Pro series.
